These books have been developed for adult learners with very low literacy levels, operating at a reading level at or below step one of the progressions. They are simple in structure and design, with content that will appeal to most learners.
The books have been carefully crafted to provide teaching opportunities as well as opportunities for learners to practise their reading. The accompanying audio has been specifically designed for the latter purpose.
